1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any Omika AI product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Omika-AI ApS ("Omika AI") provides AI-powered software products and custom development services. Our products include but are not limited to Lelantos, BotNinja, Gift a Friend, Rick-C137, AI Stats, and <Ev3ry/>.

3. Accounts

Some services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use our services to harm others or violate their rights

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with Omika AI are owned by Omika-AI ApS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

6. Payment

Certain products and services require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies are specified in the individual product agreements. All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

Omika AI provides services "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
